Loki Checkout Geissweb Euvat

This module integrates the EU VAT capabilities of the LokiCheckout with the Geissweb EU VAT Enhanced module module.
The included LokiCheckout_EuVat module already offers a lot of different things: Offline syntax validation, form field validation based on the VIES service, custom tooltips and placeholders.
However, the Geissweb module is specialized in additional things as well: Tax calculations, customer group supports, delivery tresholds. This compatibility module makes sure the two modules work together nicely.
