The following shipping methods are supported via the LokiCheckout_Core module:

The following shipping methods are supported via an additional LokiCheckout module. Note that only the Enterprise plan includes full support for these third party integrations. With other plans, the module is working and paid support is available.

The status locked means that our hands are bound and that we can't make any progress on our own. Most likely, the help of an agency or merchant is needed to set this in motion.
Additional notes
Flat Rate - Fixed
This is supported including prices (carriers/flatrate/price) and handling fee (carriers/flatrate/handling_fee). When Show Method if Not Applicable (carriers/flatrate/showmethod) is enabled, the error message carriers/flatrate/specificerrmsg is being displayed.
Table Rates - Best Way
The price, fee and error message is handled identically as the Flat Rate method.
Free Shipping
This is supported. By default in the core, this method is meant to be working together with other methods. However, in the Loki Checkout, the Free Shipping method is also enabled as soon as the subtotal of the quote is higher than the value carriers/freeshipping/free_shipping_subtotal (which does not work in the Magento core).
