ZIP code validation seems to tight
The Yireo LokiCheckout postcode / ZIP code validation is based on the Magento core its zip_codes.xml files. If the regular expression for a given country does not fit you well, just create a new module with a new zip_codes.xml to override the core values. The Loki Checkout simply makes use of this internal Magento mechanism.
